This is a great place to stay in a wonderful area. Very close to BTS train and many nice restaurants and 7-11 near by. I would definitely book the place again in my next visit
Tanan was a great host, very responsive and provided great support when I needed it, his dad was also helping a lot and they provided someone to clean the room a few times during my stay. The apartment itself is in a quiet area, with the Bang Kapi mall at walking distance and a plethora of restaurants around that you can order from, not only that, if you need to go anywhere, you can walk to the yellow line MRT (a 5 minutes walk) and get to Sukhumvit within 30 minutes or so. I spent over a month in the condo and having a work space and a gym made it so much better! I'll definitely be coming back to this condo next time, everything was wonderful, thanks for the great experience 🙏

We coordinate with Airbnb to secure reimbursement for any damages and lost income. Airbnb’s AirCover provides protection for damages up to $3 million USD.
Our fee starts at 15% (after cleaning fee) for one-month-plus furnished rental management.
We recommend including electricity in the rental price whenever possible, especially for smaller units with energy-efficient A/Cs as guests and Airbnb prefer all-inclusive price.
For units with high electricity cost, TananBnB will charge electricity separately to the guest based on actual usage and pay the bill for the owner.
